
Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician:
• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Maintain up-to-date records of all prescription orders
• Assist customers in selecting over-the-counter medications
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
• Accurately enter patient information into pharmacy databases
• Assist pharmacists in preparing medications for patients
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with pharmacists, patients, and other healthcare providers
• Ensure accurate and secure handling of all medications
• Monitor expiration dates of medications
• Ensure proper storage of medications
