Pharmacy Technician

You must also have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

1. Process prescription orders and refill requests accurately and efficiently.
2. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and other inquiries.
3. Ensure that all pharmacy operations comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
4. Maintain patient records and update inventory.
5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Manage all communications within the pharmacy, including phone calls and emails.
7. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace.
8. Train and supervise new pharmacy technicians as needed.
9. Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
10. Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
