- Educating Customers: Provide education and information to customers regarding their medications, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper usage.
- Resolving Issues: Address and resolve any customer or medication-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Adapting to Changing Needs: Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities within the pharmacy, as well as any new developments or advancements in the field of pharmaceuticals.
- Ensuring Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry developments and participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
Completion Of A Pharmacy Technician Training Program: Cvs Health Requires All Pharmacy Technicians To Have Completed A Formal Training Program, Which Includes Coursework In Pharmacy Calculations, Drug Classifications, And Pharmacy Laws And Regulations.
