Pharmacy Manager

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent customer service skills, and display a passion for creating an outstanding pharmacy experience.The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy, ensuring the accuracy and safety of medications, and providing excellent customer service to our customers. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager will be in charge of training and developing pharmacy staff, maintaining relationships with vendors, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, the Pharmacy Manager must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy management. An active Pharmacist license is also required. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a sound understanding of retail pharmacy operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager should be knowledgeable of CVS Health policies and procedures and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staff training and development.
2. Ensure the accuracy and safety of all medications.
3. Provide excellent customer service to customers.
4. Maintain relationships with vendors.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Ensure CVS Health policies and procedures are followed.
7. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and pharmacy profitability.
9. Ensure pharmacy staff are properly trained and knowledgeable of all CVS Health policies and procedures.
10. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
