Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at CVS Health. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD degree and a minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 3 years in a management role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and delivering innovative solutions to improve patient care. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and managing a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff. Responsibilities of a Pharmacy Manager:

  1. Manage daily pharmacy operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
  2. Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy technicians and support staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to pharmacy operations.
  4. Maintain records of pharmacy transactions and inventory.
  5. Monitor and resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Provide innovative solutions to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
  9. Establish and manage budgets for pharmacy operations.
  10. Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of pharmacy supplies.
