Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate pharmacy team members to provide exceptional patient care and customer service
• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy including managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving any customer complaints
• Monitor and review pharmacy performance against established goals and objectives
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff to develop their skills and competencies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy law and medications
• Monitor and order medications as needed
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and inventory levels
