  11. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Maintain accurate records of pharmacy transactions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  13. Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
  14. Represent CVS Health in the community and build relationships with healthcare providers and organizations.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Pharmacy Manager At Cvs Health Must Hold A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or A Related Field. This Ensures That The Individual Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Manage The Pharmacy Operations Effectively.

  • Valid State Pharmacist License: A Pharmacy Manager Must Possess A Valid State Pharmacist License To Practice In The State Where The Cvs Store Is Located. This Is A Legal Requirement And Ensures That The Individual Is Qualified To Dispense Medications And Provide Pharmaceutical Care.

  • Previous Experience In A Pharmacy Setting: Cvs Health Prefers Candidates With Previous Experience In A Pharmacy Setting, Preferably In A Managerial Role. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Handle Day-To-Day Operations, Manage A Team, And Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.

  • Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills: A Pharmacy Manager Is Responsible For Overseeing The Pharmacy Team And Ensuring Smooth Operations. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Motivate The Team, And Manage Multiple Priorities.
