9. Act as a resource for patients and staff regarding insurance plans, medication therapy, and other pharmacy-related inquiries.

11. Manage and resolve any customer service issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
12. Participate in community outreach and events to promote the pharmacy and its services.
13. Ensure the pharmacy is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
