1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers by welcoming them to the pharmacy and assisting with any questions or concerns they may have.
2. Learn and follow all company policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations, including but not limited to filling prescriptions, inventory management, and patient counseling.
3. Support the pharmacists in accurately and efficiently filling prescriptions and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
4. Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Learn and adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of patients, customers, and team members.
6. Attend and actively participate in training and educational opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the field of pharmacy.
7. Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
