  1. Collaborate with healthcare providers: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical programs that improve the health and well-being of patients.
  2. Provide guidance to pharmacy team: Serve as a resource to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support in the dispensing of medications and patient care.
  3. Develop clinical programs: Use your expertise and knowledge to develop innovative clinical programs that address the needs of patients and improve overall health outcomes.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: Stay informed about the latest developments in the pharmacy and healthcare industries to ensure that our clinical programs and services are up-to-date and effective.
  5. Monitor patient outcomes: Continuously monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to clinical programs to ensure the best possible results.
  6. Train and educate pharmacy team: Train and educate pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on new clinical programs, medication therapies, and industry updates to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  7. Communicate with patients and their families: Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families, providing them with education and support regarding their medications and overall health.
  8. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement: Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to clinical programs or processes.
  9. Participate in quality assurance initiatives: Work with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to clinical programs and patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School.

  • Current And Active Pharmacist License In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Pharmacist In A Retail Or Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Clinical Knowledge And Understanding Of Pharmaceuticals, Drug Therapy And Patient Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals And Educate Patients On Medication Usage And Management.
