Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment.
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Pharmacy School.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Practice Experience, Preferably In A Retail Or Managed Care Setting.
Advanced Knowledge Of Pharmacotherapy And Medication Management, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Clinical Programs.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Healthcare Providers And Patients To Provide Optimal Patient Care.
