Pharma Solutions Pharmacist

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join the Pharma Solutions team at CVS Health! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy services and support, while ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance.To be considered for this role, you must have a Pharm.D. Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, a valid state pharmacy license, and at least one year of pharmacy experience. Responsibilities:

1. Fill prescriptions, accurately and in a timely manner, according to CVS Health standards.
2. Monitor and maintain drug inventory levels using company systems and procedures.
3. Answer customer inquiries regarding prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
4. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
5. Consult with patients and caregivers on appropriate drug use, side effects, and interactions.
6. Provide education and counseling regarding medication use and other health-related topics.
7. Process insurance claims and payments.
8. Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
9. Participate in continuing education programs to stay up to date on the latest trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
10. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
