  1. Process and review payroll data accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  3. Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
  4. Analyze payroll reports and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and seamless payroll processing.
  6. Provide support to employees with payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  7. Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
  9. Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
  10. Generate and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Keep confidential employee information secure and maintain high levels of data integrity.
  12. Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline payroll processing.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on payroll processes and procedures.
  14. Handle special payroll projects as assigned by management.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Analysis

  • Proficiency In Payroll Software Such As Adp Or Workday

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Handle Confidential Information.
