Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Patient Care Aide Should Possess A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education, Demonstrating Basic Competency In Reading, Writing, And Math Skills.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Cvs Health Prefers Candidates Who Have Completed A State-Approved Cna Program And Hold A Valid Certification. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training In Patient Care And Is Equipped With The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job Effectively.

  • Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting: While Not Always Required, Prior Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Nursing Home, Can Be Beneficial. This Experience Can Demonstrate A Candidate's Familiarity With Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Basic Patient Care Practices.
