Paralegal

As a Senior Paralegal, you will be supporting attorneys and business teams with corporate governance, corporate transactions, and insurance regulatory filings. Build and maintain, or oversee maintenance of, corporate governance records. Drafting incorporation documents, corporate governance documents, board and shareholder consents, and insurance regulatory filings. Responsible for incorporating or dissolving subsidiaries. Information management, including updating files and electronic data in connection with projects. Assisting with communications and coordinating responses to inquiries from all stakeholders, including internal business partners and regulators. General research on a variety of law, including corporate and insurance laws.
