1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple CVS stores and pharmacies in California.

4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with store managers, pharmacists, and other team members to drive success and foster a positive work environment.
5. Train and mentor store managers on operational best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
