Responsibilities of an Operation Supervisor:

  4. Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer issues.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  6. Maintain customer relationship management systems.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for customer service improvement.
  8. Provide training and support to staff to ensure customer service standards are met.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  10. Monitor staff performance and recognize employees for outstanding customer service.
