1. Supervise the daily activities of the Operations department to ensure efficiency and productivity
2. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to staff members
3. Monitor performance of employees and provide feedback on areas of improvement
4. Ensure that all operations tasks are completed in a timely manner
5. Develop and implement procedures and systems to improve the efficiency of the operations department
6. Prepare and manage operational budgets
7. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
8. Develop and implement quality control and safety measures
9. Monitor the customer service quality delivered by the operations staff
10. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any customer service issues promptly and professionally.
