Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of operations personnel in a fast-paced environment

• Monitor and assign tasks, develop strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity, and ensure all operations are carried out effectively and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Manage the daily workflow and operations of the team

• Implement methods to improve customer service, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs

• Develop and enforce processes and procedures as needed

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

• Train and mentor staff members and provide constructive feedback

• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and recognize employee achievements

• Create and maintain accurate records and reports

• Troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and identify solutions

• Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
