Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join the CVS Health family. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing advanced nursing services, health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. You must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent clinical judgment, and a desire to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Nursing, a current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state, current BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Experience working in an outpatient setting is a plus.

Responsibilities:

6. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure best patient care outcomes.
7. Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families.
8. Respond promptly to patient inquiries, concerns, and requests for assistance.
9. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
10. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
