  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for Meritain products and services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to promote Meritain's offerings.
  4. Actively manage the sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and account management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure new business.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, including addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on Meritain's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.
  11. Mentor and train junior sales team members to help them achieve their sales goals.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve sales processes and procedures.
  13. Represent CVS Health and Meritain at industry events and conferences.
  14. Maintain accurate and timely sales records and reports.
  15. Embody the company's mission and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Meritain Senior Sales Executive Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Health Insurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Health Insurance Industry, Including Knowledge Of Various Products And Services Offered By Cvs Health And Its Competitors. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Role Of Third-Party Administrators (Tpas) And Self-Funded Health Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Sales Executive, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Clients And Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Meritain Senior Sales Executive Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Sales Strategies To Drive Business Growth. This Requires A Candidate Who Can Think Strategically, Identify Opportunities, And Develop Creative Solutions To Meet Client Needs.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Proven Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Leading A Sales Team And Achieving Team Goals. Additionally, Experience In Mentoring And Developing Team Members Is Highly Desirable.
