  1. Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on Medicare eligibility and enrollment processes.
  2. Stay up-to-date with current Medicare regulations and policies to accurately assist customers.
  3. Conduct detailed assessments of customers' needs and recommend appropriate Medicare plans.
  4. Utilize strong customer service skills to establish rapport and trust with customers.
  5. Communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
  6. Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for Medicare enrollment.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive customer information.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay informed on changes in Medicare policies and procedures.
  11. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to customers during their Medicare enrollment process.
  12. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicare Eligibility Requirements And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Medicare Eligibility Criteria And The Ability To Stay Up-To-Date With Any Changes Or Updates Is Essential For This Role.

  • Familiarity With Medicare Plans And Coverage Options: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Medicare Plans, Including Medicare Advantage And Medicare Part D, And Be Familiar With The Various Coverage Options Available To Beneficiaries.

  • Experience In Healthcare Or Insurance Industry: Previous Experience In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, Particularly In A Customer-Facing Role, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Will Provide A Strong Foundation And Understanding Of The Industry And Its Complexities.
