Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Or Scheduling In A Retail Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Workforce Management Software And Systems, Such As Kronos Or Workday, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
