  1. Lead a team of Scrum Masters: Oversee and manage a team of Scrum Masters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of agile methodologies.
  2. Drive agile practices: Develop and drive the adoption of agile practices within the organization, ensuring that teams are following Scrum principles and processes.
  3. Promote continuous improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and delivery.
  4. Provide leadership and support: Act as a leader and mentor to the Scrum Masters, providing guidance and support to help them effectively lead their teams and deliver high-quality products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Ensure adherence to Scrum values: Ensure that teams are adhering to Scrum values and principles, and continuously strive to improve the team's understanding and practice of Scrum.
  7. Monitor and report on progress: Track and report on the progress of projects, highlighting any potential risks or issues, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement best practices: Continuously review and improve processes, tools, and techniques to optimize team performance and deliver high-quality products.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in Scrum and project management, and implement them where appropriate.
  10. Uphold company values: Represent the company's values and mission in all interactions and decisions, promoting a positive and productive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies: A Scrum Master At Cvs Health Should Possess A Clear Understanding Of Agile Principles And Methodologies Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Lean. They Should Be Able To Effectively Guide And Coach Cross-Functional Teams In Implementing These Methodologies To Deliver High-Quality Products.

  • Experience In Healthcare Industry: Cvs Health Is A Leading Healthcare Company, And Experience In This Industry Is Highly Beneficial For A Scrum Master Role. Having A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry's Complexities And Regulations Can Help The Scrum Master Guide The Team In Delivering Products That Meet The Company's Unique Needs.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: A Scrum Master At Cvs Health Should Possess Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills To Guide And Motivate The Team Towards Achieving Project Goals. They Should Be Able To Identify And Resolve Conflicts, Promote Collaboration And Foster A Culture Of Continuous Improvement Within The Team.
