Job Description

As the Manager of Member Billing at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.   8. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and accuracy in billing processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in billing operations to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing any billing-related inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Manage relationships with third-party billing vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
  12. Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to streamline billing operations.
  13. Train and onboard new billing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
  14. Handle escalated billing issues and disputes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
