  6. Communicate complex informatics concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of informatics solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in informatics, and make recommendations for their integration into the organization's processes.
  9. Develop and maintain informatics policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  10. Provide training and support to team members and other employees on informatics tools and processes.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple informatics projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations on informatics initiatives and outcomes to senior management.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the informatics team.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues related to informatics projects.
  15. Develop and manage informatics budgets and resources effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Informatics Principles And Technologies, Including Data Analytics, Data Management, And Healthcare Information Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Informatics Solutions And Driving Business Outcomes In A Fast-Paced, Complex Environment.
