- Monitor and analyze energy and utility usage data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement energy and utility conservation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and utility providers to ensure cost-effective and sustainable energy and utility solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to energy and utilities management.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve energy and utility efficiency.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for energy and utility expenses.
- Lead and mentor a team of energy and utilities professionals.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to energy and utilities management.

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Energy And Utilities Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency And Sustainability Practices, Including Leed Certification And Renewable Energy Sources.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Cost-Saving Strategies.
