Job Description

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development plays a key role in the evaluation of potential opportunities in our Customer Success & Growth organization, with a focus on Marketing. This role will work with senior marketing leadership, business stakeholders and peers throughout the company to support the evolution of our enterprise marketing, business-specific marketing, and marketing technology strategies. The role will support the Executive Director of Corporate Strategy through project management, applied insights and research, and communications support.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years leadership experience with technical/functional expertise in multiple areas as it relates to corporate healthcare strategy

  • 1-2 years’ experience applying marketing insights to business problems

  • 2+ years management consulting experience

  • Experience in strategy development and execution, with strong preference for former consulting or strategy experience

  • Commitment to deepening expertise in digital, marketing, and customer experience
