- Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Medicare.
Experience In Customer Service And A Proven Track Record Of Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
