  1. Lead and manage a team of Care Advocates to ensure exceptional customer care and support.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings and trainings to ensure all team members are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Handle customer escalations and provide solutions to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  8. Monitor and analyze team metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
  11. Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.
  12. Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage to meet customer needs.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team performance and progress towards goals.
  14. Handle any administrative tasks related to the team, such as scheduling, performance evaluations, and budget management.
  15. Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Medicare.

  • Experience In Customer Service And A Proven Track Record Of Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
