  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for MAC systems to ensure smooth operation.
  2. Maintain and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all MAC systems.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
  4. Install, configure, and update MAC systems as needed.
  5. Train and assist employees in using MAC systems and applications.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest MAC technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect against potential threats.
  8. Document and maintain accurate records of all MAC system configurations and changes.
  9. Respond to and resolve support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance of MAC systems.
  11. Work closely with other departments to ensure MAC systems are meeting the needs of the organization.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to MAC systems and security.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide input for process improvement and system enhancements.

Job Qualifications
