- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Analyze customer behavior and marketing analytics to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Lead a team in the creation and implementation of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to support lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with customer engagement and retention, and implement solutions to improve performance.
- Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Marketing And/Or Customer Relationship Management, With A Focus On Lifecycle Marketing Strategies And Tactics.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Customer Lifecycle Campaigns, Resulting In Increased Customer Engagement And Retention.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Data And Insights To Drive Decision-Making And Measure Campaign Effectiveness.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage A Team Responsible For Executing Lifecycle Marketing Initiatives.
