Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Licensed Beauty Consultant to join our team at CVS Health! As a Licensed Beauty Consultant, you’ll be a trusted expert in the beauty department, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining visible product knowledge and a high level of customer service. To be successful in this role, you’ll need excellent customer service skills, knowledge of the beauty industry, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their beauty needs

-Maintain visible product knowledge and a high level of customer service

-Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase and provide advice on beauty products

-Recommend products based on customer needs and interests

-Provide accurate product information and demonstrate knowledge of the beauty industry

-Manage inventory and ensure product displays are organized and tidy

-Maintain and restock inventory as needed

-Keep up to date on the latest beauty trends and products

-Assist with store promotions and events
