- Develop and implement a strategic plan for Special Needs Plans (SNPs) that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of CVS Health.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of SNP clinical strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation and improvement within SNPs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SNP clinical operations, processes, and programs.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments related to SNPs, and make recommendations for strategic adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SNPs, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to SNPs.
- Develop and manage the budget for the SNP Clinical Strategy & Innovation team.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on the progress and impact of SNP initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support for their professional growth.
- Represent CVS Health at industry conferences and events, showcasing our innovative approach to SNPs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the member experience within SNPs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and make recommendations for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Embrace and promote the company's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of the role.
Extensive Healthcare Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Particularly In The Field Of Special Needs Populations (Snp). This Includes Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.
Leadership Experience: A Lead Director In This Role Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably Within A Healthcare Organization. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams To Achieve Strategic Goals.
Strategic Thinking And Innovation: The Lead Director Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Innovative Solutions To Drive Business Growth And Improve Clinical Outcomes For Snp Members. This Requires A Strong Understanding Of Market Dynamics And The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Leader, The Lead Director Must Possess Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Interact With Internal Stakeholders, External Partners, And Snp Members. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships To Achieve Shared Goals.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Lead Director Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Support Clinical Strategy And Innovation.
