  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals to ensure their continued growth and development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and training, to identify and address sales enablement needs.
  4. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Create and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to support the development of the sales team.
  6. Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and training modules.
  7. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform sales enablement strategies.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and external partners.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sales enablement to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
  10. Monitor and report on the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior leadership.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales enablement and provide guidance and support to the sales team as needed.
  13. Communicate regularly with sales leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of sales enablement initiatives and strategies.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement sales training and onboarding programs for new hires.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Enablement: The Ideal Candidate For The Lead Director, Sales Enablement Position At Cvs Health Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. This Experience Should Include Designing And Implementing Successful Sales Enablement Strategies, As Well As Managing A Team Of Sales Enablement Professionals.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Lead Director, Sales Enablement Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Enablement Professionals And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate The Team Towards Achieving Sales Goals.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: Cvs Health Is A Large And Complex Organization, And The Lead Director, Sales Enablement Will Play A Critical Role In Aligning Sales Enablement Strategies With The Overall Business Goals. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Strategic Thinking And Planning To Drive Sales Growth And Increase Market Share.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales Processes And Tools: A Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes, Tools, And Technologies Is Essential For Success In This Role.
