Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Lead Director, Accounting At Cvs Health Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Accounting Or Finance To Ensure A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Reporting And Analysis.
Cpa Designation: Having A Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation Is Highly Preferred For This Role, As It Demonstrates Advanced Knowledge And Expertise In Accounting Principles And Practices.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance: Cvs Health Requires A Lead Director, Accounting To Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior-Level Accounting Or Finance Role, Preferably In A Publicly Traded Company Or In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Lead Director, Accounting, One Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Provide Guidance And Direction To Ensure Accurate And Timely Financial Reporting.
