- Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive and productive relationships with employees and labor unions.
- Provide guidance and support to management and HR teams on labor relations issues.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the company.
- Act as a liaison between the company and labor unions, representing the company's best interests while also advocating for the rights of employees.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between the company and labor unions.
- Conduct investigations and handle grievances related to labor relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor relations.
- Educate and train managers and employees on labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential labor relations issues and provide proactive solutions.
- Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and assist in developing and implementing labor contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor relations activities.
- Continuously strive to create an inclusive and diverse work environment for all employees.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding labor relations inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in labor relations and make recommendations for improvement within the company.
- Uphold the company's values and mission of improving the health and well-being of communities through fair and ethical labor practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Retail Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations, Including The National Labor Relations Act.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Conflicts And Build Positive Relationships With Unions And Employees.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Labor Relations Strategies, Including Collective Bargaining, Contract Administration, And Handling Grievances And Arbitrations.
