
Income Tax Manager
Your primary responsibilities include identifying opportunities to meaningfully reduce tax expense and improve operating results, accurately apportioning taxable income across the states, and administering state audits. You will partner with colleagues in the Tax and Finance organizations and in our business units and manage significant relationships with service providers. Success in this role will require a passion for developing and managing high-performance teams, an appetite for leading change, and a low tolerance for the status quo.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of recent experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, results-oriented tax department
Experience with process automation, improvements and standardization, ensuring enhanced controls
Insurance company/SSAP 101 experience.
Specific subject matter expertise and tax research skills, including a deep understanding of state and local tax concepts.
