  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of HVAC systems across CVS Health stores and facilities.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments and audits of existing HVAC infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new HVAC systems in newly constructed or renovated facilities.
  4. Monitor and analyze HVAC energy usage and costs, and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments within the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality workmanship.
  9. Create and maintain detailed records and reports on HVAC system performance, maintenance, and repairs.
  10. Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations when working with HVAC systems.
  11. Mentor and train junior HVAC technicians and analysts.
  12. Continuously strive for cost savings and efficiency improvements in all aspects of HVAC operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hvac Systems Maintenance And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems (Bas) And Energy Management Systems (Ems).

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Ashrae, Osha, And Epa.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
