Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with CVS Health customers and provide them with hope and transformation.
2. Connect clients to resources to meet their needs.
3. Advocate for the needs of CVS Health customers and ensure they receive the support they need.
4. Develop and implement strategies to promote the mission of CVS Health and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
6. Stay abreast of changes in the field and ensure CVS Health is up to date on all new developments.
7. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
8. Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
