Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Health-Related Field Such As Nutrition, Exercise Science, Public Health, Or Health Coaching.
Certification As A Health Coach From A Recognized Organization Such As The National Board For Health And Wellness Coaching Or The International Coach Federation.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Health Coaching Or Related Field, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Corporate Wellness Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Health And Wellness Principles, Including Nutrition, Physical Activity, Stress Management, And Behavior Change Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Clients, Build Rapport, And Motivate Behavior Change.
