
Grievance & Appeals, Sr. Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Grievance & Appeals Senior Coordinator to join our CVS Health team. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving escalated conflicts, managing appeals and grievances, and providing overall customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated conflicts and manage customer grievances and appeals.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Remain knowledgeable of current healthcare regulations.
- Exercise strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Develop strategies to reduce customer grievances and appeals.
- Facilitate communication between customers, internal departments, and external partners.
- Review customer grievances and appeals documents and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Prepare and submit reports on grievances and appeals.
- Monitor customer feedback and update procedures accordingly.
