Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Engineering Projects From Initiation To Completion.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Engineers And Project Managers.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
