Engineer, Capacity Modeling and Forecasting

The ideal candidate will possess the technical expertise to develop models and algorithms to forecast, optimize and validate capacity utilization across CVS Health's network of retail, specialty, and mail order pharmacies, as well as other CVS Health operations.This position requires a strong background in forecasting, optimization, and capacity planning, as well as a strong aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and at least 5 years of professional experience in forecasting, optimization, and capacity planning. 3. Provide analytical support to management and operations teams to identify opportunities and inefficiencies in capacity planning.
4. Monitor and analyze capacity utilization trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Work with technical and business teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve capacity planning processes and procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in capacity planning.
8. Create and maintain documentation of capacity planning processes.
