- Manage and oversee the company's employee assistance program (EAP) during the afternoon shift.
- Utilize expert knowledge and experience in EAP to provide support and guidance to employees.
- Serve as a main point of contact for employees seeking assistance through the EAP.
- Conduct initial assessments and provide appropriate referrals to employees in need of EAP services.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure employees receive comprehensive and effective support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all EAP cases and services provided.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the EAP and increase employee utilization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the EAP and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with managers and HR representatives to identify and address potential workplace issues and provide guidance on how to support employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EAP management to continuously improve services.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards employees seeking assistance and maintain a non-judgmental attitude.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex employee situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other EAP management consultants to ensure consistent and high-quality services are provided to employees.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant ethical and legal standards, in the delivery of EAP services.
- Continuously strive to make a positive impact on the lives of employees and contribute to a healthy and productive work environment.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Employee Assistance Program (Eap) Management Or Consulting Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Eap Industry And Current Trends In Workplace Mental Health And Well-Being.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Clients And Stakeholders.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting To Track Eap Program Outcomes And Identify Areas For Improvement.
