
District Support Immunization Pharmacist
As a District Support Immunization Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will be a key member of our healthcare team, providing a vital service to our customers. You will use your extensive knowledge of immunizations, pharmacy operations and regulations to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely immunizations in accordance with state and federal laws.We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. To qualify for this role, you must have a current license to practice as a pharmacist in the state of your residence, as well as at least two years of experience working as an immunization pharmacist in a community or retail pharmacy setting. Additionally, you must possess strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology and navigate multiple software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all state and federal laws related to immunizations and pharmacy operations.
- Provide accurate and timely immunizations to all customers according to established protocols.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all immunizations are properly documented and stored in the appropriate medical record.
- Monitor and order immunization inventory as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to pharmacy staff on immunizations and pharmacy operations.
- Utilize computer skills to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in continuing education activities to stay current on pharmacy regulations and immunization protocols.
- Participate in community outreach activities to promote immunizations.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
