
District Support Immunization Pharmacist
We are seeking an experienced and passionate District Support Immunization Pharmacist to join CVS Health! As a District Support Immunization Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on health outcomes and the lives of our customers. You will be responsible for providing support to the immunization team in the region, developing and executing initiatives to ensure the highest level of immunization services, and providing guidance and direction to store teams. The ideal candidate for the District Support Immunization Pharmacist position will have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, a current state pharmacy license, and at least one year of immunization experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting. You must also have excellent customer service and organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the drive to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the immunization team in the region
- Develop and execute initiatives to ensure the highest level of immunization services
- Provide guidance and direction to store teams
- Maintain current state pharmacy license
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Monitor immunization activities and provide feedback to store teams
- Implement strategies to improve immunization services and customer experience
- Monitor and analyze immunization data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and deliver training and educational materials to store teams
- Participate in companywide immunization initiatives
- Participate in community outreach events and activities
- Maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
