
District Support Immunization Pharmacist
At CVS Health, we are seeking an experienced and motivated District Support Immunization Pharmacist to join our team. As a District Support Immunization Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive support to CVS Health Immunization Pharmacists in assigned stores in your region. To be successful in this role, you must have a Pharm.D. or Doctor of Medicine/Doctor of Osteopathy degree, a current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in your state, and a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience. You must also be a self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach to your work. Responsibilities of a District Support Immunization Pharmacist:
- Provide innovative and comprehensive support to CVS Health Immunization Pharmacists in assigned stores in the region.
- Ensure the proper administration of immunization services and adherence to all relevant state and federal laws.
- Monitor store-level performance and provide training and assistance in areas such as quality assurance, immunization recordkeeping, and inventory management.
- Participate in and provide support for immunization campaigns and other programs in the region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors in the region.
- Analyze data and recommend changes to improve performance in stores.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update knowledge on current and emerging trends in immunization pharmacy.
- Provide leadership and direction to store-level Pharmacy staff.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
