District Support Immunization Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with all state and federal immunization laws and regulations.
2. Provide immunization services and consultation to customers in retail pharmacies.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of immunization services provided.
4. Monitor vaccine inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
5. Train and mentor staff pharmacists on immunization services.
6. Develop and implement immunization programs for the district.
7. Monitor and evaluate immunization program effectiveness.
8. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote immunizations.
10. Provide customer service to patients and other healthcare providers.
