
District Support Immunization Pharmacist

You will collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure the highest standards of pharmacy practice are met and that all immunization services are delivered in accordance with state, federal, and professional regulations.The ideal candidate for the District Support Immunization Pharmacist position should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or university and have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting. Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmacological and clinical consultation to pharmacy personnel, health care providers, and other customers.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure the highest standards of pharmacy practice are met.
- Ensure that all immunization services are delivered in accordance with state, federal, and professional regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy personnel on issues related to immunizations.
- Monitor compliance with immunization laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with immunization providers.
- Research and analyze data related to immunization services.
- Participate in education and training activities related to immunizations.
- Stay up to date on developments in the field of immunization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of immunization services.
