Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Or Human Resources, Preferably In A Distribution Or Warehouse Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Hiring Practices And Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
